About Vicki Richards

Vicki Richards is a unique Violinist, Musician, Improviser, Composer and Educator. Her professional music history spans more than four decades and crosses international and musical time lines. Ms. Richards’s classical training, professional orchestral playing collided with improvised electric fusion in the 1970s & 1980s. In 1979 she began training in another classical music tradition, Hindustani Music of North India. With remarkable musicians, her recordings are an ultimate musical blend of West, East and electronic effects woven together to release many colors in the mind and heart.
